We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages please use a mail carrier that provides tracking information.
Please contact us first before filing any disputes on PayPal. Please give us the chance to give a resolution to any problems or concerns.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?
Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be refunded. Can be reshipped at your expense please contact me.

My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage. Please contact me to see what we can work out,
Once orders leave the studio, they are under the responsibility of USPS. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions.
My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund?
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.
